Justin Lucas joined the B&D team in September 2017 as Director of Construction and Development.  He oversees property management, fit-outs, contract work and site development.  Prior to joining the team, he was a Partner at Chris Andersen Roofing & Erecting Co., Inc. where he served as VP of Operations.  He also served as Managing Partner of Plainfield Roofing & Sheet Metal Supply for several years before selling the business to and accepting a corporate position with Bradco Supply.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Wagner College and earned a certificate from Texas A&M in Building Materials Distribution Management.  In his free time, Justin enjoys hiking, baseball, fishing and live music.
